FAQs

Process serving is the formal delivery of legal documents to individuals or organisations involved in legal proceedings. This ensures the recipient is properly notified of legal action or requirements.

We offer three levels of service to suit your requirements: Urgent, Priority, and Standard. Timeframes and pricing vary depending on the level of service required. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will provide a prompt quote. All levels of service involve up to three attempts, additional attempts will incur a fee.

We primarily serve clients across the Sunshine Coast including Maroochydore, Noosa, Caloundra, Cotton Tree and surrounding regions. Travel to areas beyond the Sunshine Coast is available at an additional travel cost.

We serve a wide range of legal documents including court documents and summons, subpoenas, divorce and family law papers, debt recovery notices, eviction notices and notice to vacate, breach of lease notices, rental arrears notices, property dispute documents, strata and body corporate notices, and insurance related documents. We can also serve any other legal correspondence requiring formal service.

Our clients include solicitors, law firms, real estate agencies, property managers, strata managers, insurance companies, and private individuals.

If you are unsure whether your document requires a process server please contact us on 0494 560 110 or email info@therighttrackinvestigations.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

Pricing depends on the level of service required being Urgent, Priority or Standard. The service fee includes up to three attempts, any additional service required will incur an additional cost. Our agent will serve at various times and locations provided to ensure every effort is made for a successful service.

In most cases documents can still be considered served if the recipient refuses to accept them. Full details of the attempt will be documented in our report and affidavit of service.

Our experienced agent follows strict protocols to confirm service at every attempt. A detailed report is provided throughout the process and an accurate affidavit of service is issued upon successful completion.

If we are unable to locate the recipient we will provide a detailed report of all attempts made. We can also offer our skip tracing service to help locate the individual so that service can be effected.

If a recipient is actively avoiding service our agent is experienced in locating and serving difficult subjects. We offer skip tracing services to locate individuals who are hard to reach. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
